  • RAR authorization* -  front/back copies
  • Registration certifcate

* The RAR authorization does not apply in the case of suppliers/distributors of car parts.

Car repair methods

Repairs can be performed in Allianz-Tiriac partner units, in other repair units in Romania or under own management.

In the Allianz-Tiriac partner repair units, after the repair is completed, the file will be solved between Allianz-Tiriac and the repair unit.

Userful information

To clarify the circumstances of the accident, it is very important to have as much information as possible about it:

  • date, time, place and relevant landmarks (street, number, town, etc.)
  • the registration numbers of the cars and the names of the drivers involved in the accident
  • the series and number of the MTPL insurance issued for the other vehicle involved in the accident (or the Green Card, if the other vehicle is registered abroad).
