STEPS IN SETTLEMENT OF A VEHICLE CLAIM

Allianz-Tiriac stands by your side when you are involved in a traffic incident

  • To notify the loss, you may choose the time and place for carrying out the damage assessment in one of Allianz-Tiriac assessment centres. If the vehicle cannot be moved by its own means or is abroad, an Allianz-Țiriac representative will contact you within one business day from your call to schedule the assessment.
  • The damage assessment and survey are performed by Allianz-Tiriac representatives in your presence. After the damage assessment is carried out, you will receive the Damage Assessment Report, specifying all the damaged elements and their technical repair solutions  
  • Repairs can be carried out in Allianz-Tiriac partner repair shops, in other repair shops in Romania or under your own management. In Allianz-Tiriac partner repair shops, after the repair is completed, the loss settlement is carried out between Allianz-Tiriac and the repair shop.

DOCUMENTS NECESSARY FOR THE CLAIM FILE 
  • Registration certificate (or temporary registration certificate) of the insured vehicle involved in the accident
  • Driving licence and the identity document of the person driving the car at the time of the accident (if the car was driven by someone other than you)
  • The documents issued by the Police, Fire Department or other authorities in relation with the occurrence or the Accident Statement (in the original)
  • Bank account details necessary for the payment of indemnity/compensation.
