If you fall ill or suffer an accident that requires hospitalization, the 24-hour assistance company (24/7 Call Center) takes emergency calls and:
• Establishes contact with your attending physician/medical team/representatives of the medical facility
• Provides information, upon the insured person's request, to their family members.
Allianz-Tiriac organizes, upon request, the funeral at the place of death or the transfer of the deceased person to the burial place in Romania
Assistance in case of loss of travel documents
In case of loss of travel documents, the assistance company helps in obtaining replacement travel documents by facilitating contact with the Romanian embassy or consulate in the destination country
Assistance in case of criminal prosecution
If you are arrested or threatened with imprisonment, the assistance company helps in obtaining local legal consultation or facilitates contact with the Romanian embassy or consulate in the destination country
