Online or phone video medical consultations are available from Monday to Sunday, between 08.00-20.00 by accessing via mymedicover.atlas.app, as well as via ATLAS - Healthy mind & body app, available for iOS and Android systems.
To get in touch with one of the doctors, Allianz-Tiriac insureds must take three simple steps:
- Fill in the form “create account” and enter the personal data requested
- Choose the medical specialty physician, the day and the hour for the appointment
- Upon registration of the request, receive a notification confirming the appointment.
In addition to the introduction of free of charge remote medical consulting services, during the validity of the Military Ordinances Allianz-Tiriac will cover the cost of medical services accessed online or by phone, according to the limits of the chosen package, in Allianz-Tiriac preferred providers network or at any other private medical clinics in Romania, if the insurance contract provides coverage outside the preferred providers network.
In this case, expenses will be settled by reimbursement, after the claim is notified in Allianz-Tiriac Mobile application or via the other available ways available for claim notification.
Also, for medical conditions that appear during the state of emergency or maximum two months before, Allianz-Tiriac extends the validity period of the recommendations and referrals accepted upon notification of the claim and, respectively, the maximum period for accessing medical services from the onset of symptoms, from 90 days to 180 days.
