The Allianz-Tiriac liability begins for:

  • General risks - the day after the payment of the insurance premium (or first rate)
  • Accidents - 5 days after the payment of the insurance premium (or premium  first rate) and is extended by 5 days after the expiration date provided in the policy
  • Sickness - 60 days from the payment of the insurance premium (or premium first rate) and is extended by 60 days after the expiration date provided in the policy.

Compensation in case of damage is paid after the damage assessment, depending on:

  • Net loss after slaughter and / or expenses incurred for veterinary rehabilitation or recovery, based on supporting documents, in case of partial damage
  • The amount insured in case of total damages - loss: death or slaughter of animals without recovery
  • Compensation in case of illness - 60 days from the payment of the insurance premium (or the first premium rate) and is extended by 60 days after the expiration date provided in the policy

The indemnities are paid in maximum 30 days from the date of submitting the entire documentation to the insurer, based on the written agreement of the insured on the agreed amounts.

Species groups: cattle and buffaloes (bulls, oxen, cows, buffaloes, buffaloes); horses and mules (stallions, horses, mares, mules, donkeys) *; sheep and goats (rams, bats, sheep, goats, goats); pigs (boars, pigs, sows), flocks of birds.
